Bumpy roads

What a day. There was severe wind last night which kept my son awake for hours. We finally got him to sleep at 4am... I woke up at 9am with a bad cold. It was a rough night. So I decided to rest and just focus on my nutrition. Just because its a bad day, doesn't mean I need to run to the chocolate. I made an exception for one cookie, but that went into my tracked calories for the day.  So now I am enjoying a cup of tea, cheese and crackers and my favourite tv show before heading to sleep. I'll pick up the exercise in a day or two, when I'm not feeling so wretched. For now, as long as I eat well, that'll be enough :)
